Very quick to attend to our requirements and our substantial project was completed within timescales and budget. The works comprised new Fire doors and frames, firestopping and cabinet work. Everyone was pleased with the work undertaken and we would not hesitate to recommend DanFire to anyone needing Fire Prevention work.

DO I NEED MY BRIGHTON FIRE DOORS INSPECTING?

DO I NEED MY BRIGHTON FIRE DOORS INSPECTING?

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 (more commonly known as the RRO, or the Fire Safety Order 2005) makes it a legal requirement that all equipment and devices (including fire resisting doors and escape doors) are correctly installed and adequately maintained for them to be fit for purpose and to safeguard the safety of persons in your premises. The authorities have the power to enforce the Fire Safety Order and may serve a prosecution against those responsible when breaches are discovered. This is covered under Article 17 of the order.

To satisfy this, you must ensure your Brighton fire doors are in good working order, and appointing a competent person to inspect and certify them will satisfy this. By using a FDIS (Fire Door Inspection Scheme) registered contractor, you can be sure they are competent and experienced to carry this work out with the required due diligence.

Above it being a legal requirement - it may also one day save your life. Brighton Fire doors are a key aspect of passive fire protection, and help keep the escape routes of a building separate from fire to allow you enough time to escape to safety!

WHY CHOOSE DANFIRE TO CARRY OUT YOUR BRIGHTON FIRE DOOR INSPECTIONS?

WHY CHOOSE DANFIRE TO CARRY OUT YOUR BRIGHTON FIRE DOOR INSPECTIONS?

Here at DANFIRE we set ourselves apart from our competitors in many ways - we do things differently, for good reason.

We commit ourselves to ensure our Brighton fire door inspectors work to the highest standards, and have access to all the latest technical guidance documents, standards and legislation - we prepare ourselves and commit ourselves to on going learning and improvement to ensure we can provide you with accurate, informative and honest fire door inspection reports.

We take the jargon out of fire safety - most other assessors leave you with a complicated, hard to understand report which can often lead to further fire safety confusion! Here at DANFIRE we offer a full aftercare service with our fire door inspections, which helps you make light work of understanding the fire door report and its findings.

We are responsive and reactive - you won't have to chase us for the report, and we will be pro-active in completing the report as quickly as possible, we are flexible and work evenings and weekends to get you that all important report, fast.

BRIGHTON FIRE DOOR INSPECTIONS

HAVE YOU HAD YOUR BRIGHTON FIRE DOORS INSPECTED? WE OFFER ACCREDITED INSPECTIONS!

Fire door inspections are key to ensuring your passive fire protection measures do their job when required. Our Brighton fire door inspectors are all FDIS (Fire Door Inspector Scheme) accredited, and third party accreditation such as this is the only way to ensure compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

If your Brighton fire door isn't functioning correctly it won't prevent smoke spread past the door, and won't hold back fire to protect the other side of the door - both of which will put occupants at risk of injury, or fatality.

Our Birighton fire door inspectors have a vast range of experience in the on going inspection and maintenance of fire doors across a vast range of buildings, including blocks of flats, hospitals, retail stores, commercial units and much more!
